Berry & Almond Smoothie Recipe (chilled or frozen)

Try out our latest easy to make free baby food recipe, bursting with super berries and nutritional nuts. 

We wanted to share with you one of our tiny one's favourite smoothies or nice cream in the summer months. This is so simple & versatile (and healthy too!), and its bursting with super berries and nuts and can be either slurped from a beaker or spooned up.


Ingredients
250ml of almond milk

100g of organic mixed berries - fresh or frozen

2 tablespoons of soaked almonds

2 tablespoons of soaked goji berries

1 teaspoon of lucuma powder


Instructions
Put in the Vitamix, Nutri-bullet, Ninja or whatever you have in the kitchen and blitz for 30 seconds a couple of times until smooth and either pour straight into drinking cup or into ice trays for a 'nice cream' pudding when the weather gets warmer!
